From One Truck to a Trusted DFW Name
FreshVent started in 2009 with a single truck, one technician, and a commitment to do air duct cleaning the right way, not the fast way. While other companies in the DFW area were cutting corners with portable vacuums and bait-and-switch pricing, we invested in proper training, truck-mounted equipment, and the kind of standards that actually produce results.
The word spread. Dallas homeowners told their neighbors. Frisco families referred their friends. Property managers called back year after year. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use freshventairduct.com (the "Site") or schedule air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, or related residential services with us in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

When you book a service or contact us, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, service address, phone number, email address, requested service type, preferred appointment date and time, and any notes about your home or HVAC system. When you visit the Site, we also automatically collect device information (browser, IP address, pages viewed, referring URL) through analytics tools, and an invisible Google reCAPTCHA token to help us prevent spam and fraudulent bookings.

To schedule, dispatch, and perform the services you request.

By providing your phone number, you agree that FreshVent may call or text you about your service request, appointment, follow-up, or related matters. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages directly related to a scheduled or completed service.
6. Data Retention & Security
We retain customer records (service history, invoices, warranty information) for as long as needed to operate our business, comply with tax and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@freshvent.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. Texas residents may have additional rights under state privacy law.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Site or our services after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of freshventairduct.com and any residential cleaning, inspection, or installation services provided by FreshVent ("FreshVent," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking a service or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
1. Services
FreshVent provides residential air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, UV light installation, and related HVAC cleaning services in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We are licensed and insured in the State of Texas. Service descriptions on the Site are provided for general information; the exact scope of any visit is confirmed on-site by our technician.
2. Booking & Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled subject to availability. Quoted prices and time slots are estimates only and are not binding until a technician arrives and assesses the work on-site. You agree to provide accurate booking information, clear access to your home and HVAC equipment at the scheduled time, and a safe working environment. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service if access, safety, or scope conditions are not reasonable.
3. Pricing, Payment & Cancellation
Final pricing is determined on-site after the technician inspects the system, the number of vents and returns, and the actual condition of your equipment. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you cancel less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment, or are not available at the appointment window, a trip or service-call fee may apply.
4. Workmanship & Limited Warranty
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning we performed, contact us within 30 days of service and we will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge. This limited warranty covers only the cleaning work actually performed; it does not cover pre-existing HVAC issues, damaged or deteriorated ductwork, mold remediation, code violations, repairs not performed by FreshVent, or work performed by third parties. We do not provide HVAC repair, mold remediation, or asbestos abatement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshVent's total liability for any claim related to our services or this Site is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or loss of use. We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (weather, utility outages, road closures, equipment failure, illness, and similar events).
6. Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and address information.
Disclose known hazards (pets, asbestos, mold, electrical issues, structural damage) before service begins.
Clear furniture and personal items away from vents, returns, and access panels.
Secure pets and small children during the visit.
Confirm that anyone authorizing service at the home is at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
7. Before-and-After Photos
Our technicians may take before-and-after photos of cleaned components (ducts, vents, dryer lines) for quality control and marketing. We do not photograph faces, personal items, or anything that personally identifies you. If you do not want any photos taken or used, notify us in writing before service and we will honor that request.
8. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to bypass security, scrape data, send automated bookings, or interfere with normal operation. All content (text, images, logo, design) is the property of FreshVent or its licensors and is protected by copyright.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes, Severability & Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by updating the effective date above. If any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and FreshVent regarding the Site and the services.
